Wentwood Property Services is experiencing a huge growth in its business thanks to the surge in requests for rented accommodation.
The company has adapted to the increased growth in the rental market by undertaking a full review of its marketing strategy resulting in the development of plans to widen its distribution network. This strategy has recently seen the launch of a series of new satellite promotional sites based in Post Offices in the village of Pentyrch and Clearwater Avenue, Cardiff.
As a result Landlords who utilise Wentwood Property Services can now ensure that their properties are marketed widely across the Cardiff. Plans to expand the satellite sites are to be developed further over the coming months.
